By accessing or using the orqo platform ("Service") operated by Mindscape Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
orqo is an AI agent orchestration platform that allows organizations to create, configure, and run AI-powered workflows. The Service includes workflow management, team and agent configuration, document processing, knowledge graph management, and integration with external messaging platforms and AI model providers.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Accounts are created by invitation only. Each account belongs to one or more organizations, and all data is scoped to the organization level.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or configure on the platform, including documents, workflow definitions, agent configurations, and knowledge base entries. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. This includes sending content to third-party AI model providers you have configured.
You are responsible for providing and managing your own API keys for third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We encrypt credentials at rest but are not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts through normal use of the Service.

When you connect external messaging platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, Email, Telegram), you are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service and policies. You must ensure that recipients have consented to receive AI-generated messages where required by applicable law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Usage is tracked in Agent Activity Units (AAUs) based on AI model token consumption. Subscription plans and credit allocations are managed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your usage tier.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized usage data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindscape Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindscape Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.
