This page explains how you can delete your data from the orqo platform operated by Mindscape Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We offer self-service deletion inside the product and an email fallback if you cannot access your account.
When you delete your account or organization, we remove:
The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside the product. You need to be signed in.
Closing your account removes your personal profile. If you are the sole owner of an organization, the organization is deleted along with all of its data.
This removes every project, workflow, document, credential, and knowledge graph entry owned by the organization.
If you cannot access your account — for example, because you signed in through a third-party provider (Google, GitHub) whose access you have since revoked — email us at privacy@ooopps.com from the address associated with your orqo account.
Include:
We respond to deletion requests within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
When you use orqo, your prompts and content are sent to AI providers you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) under your own API keys. We do not retain those transmissions on our side beyond the conversation history we display to you. To delete data held by those providers, follow their own deletion processes:
For security, legal, and operational reasons we may retain a limited subset of data after deletion:
These retained records do not identify you personally and are not used for any purpose beyond compliance and abuse prevention.
If you connected orqo to third-party platforms such as Slack, Google, GitHub, or Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), disconnecting at the provider's end revokes our access tokens. You can also revoke the orqo App through your provider's account or business settings. Revoking access stops further data flow but does not trigger account deletion on orqo — use section 3 or 4 for that.
